LIFE CHANGING INSPIRATIONS

My PASSION keeps me ALIVE!

I love Tupperware! I've been in the Tupperware business for over 10 years, and still loving it!

About 8 years ago, I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The doctor wanted me to undergo surgery, but even with that, he said I would only have 6 months to live. All my family and friends were worried for me, and wanted me stay home and rest. To give up everything - including my passion, my Tupperware Business.

However, I was adamant. I didn't want to give up. I wanted to live my life to the fullest, doing what I love best, and that included my Tupperware Business. So I continued meeting people and conducting parties with even more enthusiasm.

It was a miracle of faith and prayers, medication and simply of enjoying my life, I was healed! Without even going for surgery! Praise God for that! And I thank God for the friends that I have made through Tupperware. Whenever I felt weak, my Tupperware colleagues and even my customers supported me. They helped me to carry on with the business. And for that, I am forever grateful.

About 5 years ago, I was appointed as a Distributor. Without hesitation, I accepted and today, I am enjoying the benefits from growing my people and my organisation. Today I am a proud Executive Director.

I am grateful to my upline for introducing the Tupperware Business to me, and for making a difference in my life. Because my life has been touched, I will continue to touch as many lives as possible, because I truly believe it!

Vision and Passion is Vital!

I must say, it is my vision and passion for the Tupperware Business that drives me. It gave me the will-power and the energy to fight for my life, and just not lie in the bed and give up. That, I believe, is the reason I am still alive, counting my many wonderful blessing each and every day!

EARNING and LEARNING with the Tupperware Business

I only have 8 years of schooling and barely speak English or even Bahasa Malaysia. Before I joined the business, I was a housewife. I never thought I could be the success I am today.

I am very proud to say that since I joined the Tupperware business, I have enlarged my circle of friends and slowly, I started to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. With my Tupperware earnings, I bought myself new car! The Tupperware Business is fantastic! It gave me the opportunity for both learning and earning!

On top of that, I have also achieved targets that entitled me for trips overseas. I've been to Dallas, Australia, Moscow, Vietnam and Phuket. It is my aim to achieve every trip, every year!

Now I am focusing on building my network - developing new leaders and multiply. I have expanded my base to the surrounding towns. I am confident to be an Executive Director by 2009!

Residual INCOME for LIFE!

I was a teacher and my husband, a Mechanical Engineer. I also owned 2 childcare centres and together we were earning pretty good incomes. However, we were still looking for an avenue that would give us the financial freedom to provide the best education for our children and retire early.

I joined Tupperware as a Dealer in March 2005. Within a year, I ranked up. By June 2005, I was offered the Tupperware Distributorship in Johor Bahru. With only 3 months experience in this business, we were apprehensive, but believed in the business enough that we accepted the offer. From the comfort of our home in Klang Valley we moved to Johor Bahru.

We started Power Net Enterprise in October 2005 with only 4 active Managers whom we inherited. With much hard work and the support from my team, we grew to 50 managers in two years!

When the New Business Plan was launched in June 2007, I became an Executive Director. I am proud of this success considering that I was relatively new in the business, and yet I managed to achieve it in just 2 short years.

I would advise those who are looking for residual income that pays on 'auto-pilot' to consider this plan. The New Business Plan certainly makes my dreams come true.

Today, we own the building where our business operates, and we are enjoying the rewards that comes with it - not just financial rewards, but also other perks like all-expenses paid holidays to far-away places like Moscow!

Working FOR MYSELF, but NOT BY MYSELF

"In Tupperware, I was working for myself but not by myself - I was not alone".

On Jan 5 2007, after attending a Jubilee in KL, a chartered bus that was ferrying 23 Managers from Kuala Terengganu to Kuala Lumpur met with an accident. The 23 Directors including my husband and 2 daughters were injured and admitted to the hospital. My husband was critically injured. He had to undergo surgery and was hospitalised for almost 6 months.

I was totally helpless and lost. I didn¡¯t know what to do, or how to go on.

It was amazing how the Management of Tupperware quickly came in to help. They helped me find my direction and focus. They set a goal and a challenge for our Managers to work towards. They earned cash rewards from Tupperware that helped subsidise the medical expenses of the Managers and for my husband, too.

That was the light at the end of the tunnel! And that's not the first time the Tupperware Business has helped me.

Back in 1996, I was offered a Distributorship in Kuala Terengganu. Being young and inexperience , I took up the challenge. But starting from scratch in a new area was not an easy task. As I was more of a field person and had no cash flow and stocks were definitely not my strength.

Fortunately I had support from Tupperware management. They coached and guided me. Slowly, I learnt the business skills and got the business going.

Today, my husband and I are looking forward to the growth of our Organisation. We embraced the change into the New Business Plan, and I am very glad to say, my Directors and I are really enjoying the rewards!

A TURNAROUND story

Since the death of my wife, my moher and my youngest son in Dec 2000, I wanted to give up the Tupperware Business that I had since 1982. My Managers, however, were very supportive, and encouraged me to continue to lead them. They promised to "make life easier" for me. Reluctantly I agreed, as I didn't want to let them down. So we worked on.

In 2001, we were awarded the 'The Best Turn Around Distributorship 2001'. This was really a turning point in my life. My team worked tirelessly. We had an excellent relationship that was based on TRUST, HONESTLY, PASSION and understanding of each other. I am so proud of my team. A few of them have been in this business for almost 15 years!

With the New Business Plan, some of these managers became Directors. They saw their incomes doubled and even tripled. They promoted up other Directors, and kept receiving bigger and bigger paychecks. Todate, I am very proud to have 101 Directors under my organization. We have grown 56% from last year.

Since then, I have not looked back. I have set new goals for myself and my team:

To be Senior Executive Director in July 2008
To have 3 Associate Executive Director by end 2008
To have 3-5 star Directors by end of July 2008
To have 5-3 Star Directors by end of September 2008
To have 150 Directors by end of 2008
To be amongst the Top 5 Organization leaders in Malaysia in 2008
